Billing Terms

Subscription plans and pricing

KinetiqTec Clinic is offered as a single plan billed in EUR. The current launch price is €149 per month or €1,490 per year. The authoritative price is shown on our Pricing page and confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

Billing frequency

You choose monthly or annual billing at checkout. Monthly subscriptions are charged every month; annual subscriptions are charged once per year. Billing continues automatically until you cancel.

Recurring payment authorisation

By starting a subscription you authorise Kinetiq Performance Group, via Base44 Payments, to charge the recurring subscription fee to your selected payment method on each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled or ends.

Monthly vs annual

• Monthly billing: €149 charged each month, cancel any time before the next cycle.
• Annual billing: €1,490 charged once per year, cancel before the annual renewal.
• Switching billing interval is not supported mid-cycle; you can select it at the start of a new subscription.

Currency and taxes

All KinetiqTec Clinic subscription prices are in Euro (€). Prices exclude any applicable taxes, duties or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Payment failure and restricted access

If a recurring payment fails, access may become restricted while your clinic data is preserved. We will not delete any data because of a payment issue. You can restore full access by updating your billing and reactivating your subscription.

Changes to fees

We may change subscription fees for future billing cycles with reasonable notice. Any change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice; fees already paid for a current period are not increased mid-cycle.

Receipts and billing history

Receipts are issued by Base44 Payments for each successful charge. You can review your subscription status and period dates in Settings → Subscription within KinetiqTec Clinic.
